Accupress

Our shop also features a 12ft, 175 ton, Accupress press break that is fully tooled and computerized. We also have an 8ft Adira press break that is fully tooled.

Water Jet

A major part of our business also includes a FLOW Water jet production unit.

Utilizing high pressured water the unit is able to cut through any material at an 8" capacity.

Fabrication

Metal fabrication is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending, and assembling processes.

We fabricate all metals. We also Water Jet all materials (*except beryllium and lead).

We fabricate all sheet metal. Our computerized press break can handle most consumer needs and is fully tooled to handle your projects.

We offer TIG welding services when it comes to sheet metal welding.

Armada production laser

The future of Fabrication

Our shop has now integrated an Armada Production Laser unit to assist with the growing demand for parts to be cut with pin point accuracy.

FLOW Water Jet

Our shop has also integrated a FLOW Water Jet cutting machine. Using high pressured water this device also allows for pin point accuracy.

Laser Cutting

Utilizing today's newest technology we now offer laser cutting with our 4000 Watt Amada Production Laser.

The Amada Production laser offers a wide variety of production capacity. Including up to 1/2" Steel and 3/8" Stainless and Aluminium.
